The Prickly Anglerfish has a short, deep body that is covered with tiny bifurcate spines. The species is only known from Australian waters and can be found at the various dive sites of Southern Australia. The Prickly Anglerfish loves to surf… when they are on a wave they feel like they are the only thing in existence. To enjoy surfing, to feel like the centre of the universe and to be safe from human plastic overdose, the Prickly anglerfish learnt how to utilise a plastic butter lid, as a tool to harness the forces of nature.
